  • natural plant juices – aloe vera, citrus fruits, cucumbers;
  • the tonic does not need to be washed off;

Recipes with ice

Parsley ice cubes

Finely chop a bunch of parsley and pour a glass of boiling water over it. Put on a low heat and cook the broth for about 15 minutes. Cool, strain and pour into moulds. You can use fresh parsley, chopped in a blender.

From aloe

To prepare, cut a leaf from the plant and place it in the refrigerator for a week. Then squeeze out the juice and make an infusion of chamomile.

To do this, a spoonful of greens is poured with half a glass of boiling water and allowed to infuse for about an hour. Strain and mix broth with juice one to one. Freeze and use daily.
